  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or verification (in case of Cash on Delivery).

  • Mobile Payments: bKash, Nagad, Rocket

  • Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex (through secure payment gateway)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for selected products and locations

3. Order Processing Time

  • Sellers must process orders within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Buyers will receive updates via email/SMS about order status.

  • If a product is out of stock or unavailable, the buyer will be notified and refunded promptly.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary based on location and product category (usually 2–7 business days).

  • Courier or delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

  • SylhetyHokkol.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.


5. Order Cancellation

Buyers may cancel their order:

  • Before the order is processed/shipped

  • By contacting our support team or through their user dashboard

Sellers may cancel orders if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • The delivery area is not serviceable


6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from the description

  • A return request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product

Refunds will be issued:

  • After verifying the returned product

  • Within 7–10 business days via the original payment method

Digital, perishable, or hygiene-related items (e.g., food, undergarments) are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

  • For any disputes between buyer and seller, SylhetyHokkol.com will act as a mediator.

  • All complaints must be submitted through our support center within 3 days of delivery.

  • Our decision will be final in disputes unless resolved legally under Bangladeshi law.
